General:

• We Raajeswari Fireworks Agency reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order placed for a product listed in our site.
• Above rates are inclusive of Central Excise Duty and Sales Tax and subject to revision.
• F.O.R. Sivakasi – Lorry Freight Extra
• Applicable Sales Tax / VAT will be charged extra for other States (Presently 14.5%)
• Insurance, Packing and Forwarding charges @ 3% extra
• Minimum orders ₹5,000/-
• Cash discount 25% up to 30th September 2024.
• Additional Special Cash discount 5% up-to 30th September 2024 for the value of orders for more than ₹50,000/-
• No credit terms.
• No order will be entertained after 10th October 2024 for Tamilnadu and 30th September 2024 for other States.
• Colour matches & Roll cap at prevailing market rate – NO DISCOUNT
• Our patrons are solicited to place their orders well in time with correct postal address, pin code and Telephone numbers etc to serve them better.

Shipping :

• When the payment is transferred (credited) to our bank, we start the work of dispatching the goods. We are not responsible for any error in order / decline during the transaction.
• Shipping of goods solely depends on the transporter. We also use our own vehicles to deliver the products in time (depending upon the destinations).
• We at Raajeswari Fireworks Agency, take all necessary steps to deliver the product safely and securely to your address.
• Package will be shipped to the customer’s nearest Lorry transport office location. Customer has to collect their package from the Transporter’s office
• Transporter’s Contact, location details and Invoice will be sent through email and courier
• Due to operational reasons, we restrict our delivery commitment to Tamilnadu and major cities in Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh
• Expected date of delivery for Tamilnadu orders: 3 to 5 working days from the day of shipping
• Expected date of delivery for Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh orders: 6 to 10 working days from the day of shipping
• Delivery time will vary depending on location of the customers. Only after receiving the payment, we dispatch the goods.
• Raajeswari Fireworks Agency are not responsible for any delay / non-delivery of goods to the customers due to natural calamities or any cause that is beyond our control.
• Raajeswari Fireworks Agency is not responsible if a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake in your side (i.e. wrong name or address). Any extra cost incurred for this re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer placing the order.

Product Delivery Charges :

• Delivery Charges varies depending upon the location.
• Door Delivery Or Own pickup will be collected by our transporter.
